One of our experienced loan officers will meet with you in person, or over the phone. Your loan officer will gather vital information such as income, asset and property information that will help us present the mortgage options that are right for you.

Loan Processing: Step Two

You will be given a detailed disclosure package and checklist of documents to gather. After you submit your paperwork, your loan package with be forwarded to underwriting. At this time, we will schedule a home appraisal.

Loan Approval: Step Three

When your loan is approved by underwriting we may ask for some additional items to move your file into the closing process.
